Osa marjoista oli viel\u00e4 hieman raakoja, mutta onneksi kypsi\u00e4kin l\u00f6ytyi sopivasti t\u00e4t\u00e4 piirakkaa varten. T\u00e4ll\u00e4 ohjeella karpalopiirakkaa valmistuu kerralla kokonainen pellillinen. Pohjalle leivotaan mehukas taikina, jonka p\u00e4\u00e4lle perunajauhoissa py\u00f6ritellyt karpalot ripotellaan. Karpalot hajoavat uunissa ja mehustavat piirakkapohjan. P\u00e4\u00e4lle vatkataan viel\u00e4 makeaakin makeampi marenki, joka viimeistelee piirakan rapealla kuorellaan. T\u00e4ydellinen yhdistelm\u00e4 makeaa ja kirpe\u00e4\u00e4!<\/p>\n<p>Karpalot ovat monik\u00e4ytt\u00f6isi\u00e4 marjoja, joissa on hienostunut ja omalaatuinen maku. Mummoni valmisti karpoloista &#8220;<a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/www.maku.fi\/blogit\/perinneruokaa-prkl\/helpoimmat-karpalokarkit-koskaan\">karkkeja<\/a>&#8221; py\u00f6rittelem\u00e4ll\u00e4 ne tomusokerissa &#8211; sen helpommaksi karkkien valmistus ei voi menn\u00e4. Karpalot maistuvat my\u00f6s erilaisissa juomissa.
