Sipuli ja kaali viipaloidaan ohuiksi suikaleiksi ja ruskistetaan paistinpannulla nokareessa voita. Niihin saa tulla ihan kunnolla v\u00e4ri\u00e4 &#8211; mit\u00e4 enemm\u00e4n v\u00e4ri\u00e4, sit\u00e4 enemm\u00e4n makua. Ruskistetut kaalit ja sipulit kaadetaan kattilaan ja sitten paistetaan fileesuikaleet pieness\u00e4 m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4ss\u00e4 voita tai \u00f6ljy\u00e4 samalla pannulla. Fileesuikaleita voi hieman painella pienemmiksi paistinlastalla, kun broileri on kyps\u00e4\u00e4 lis\u00e4t\u00e4\u00e4n ne kattilaan. Huuhdo pannu lopuksi ohjeessa olevalla vesim\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4ll\u00e4, jotta kaikki maut p\u00e4\u00e4sev\u00e4t varmasti mukaan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lopuksi kattilaan viipaloidaan porkkanat ja lis\u00e4t\u00e4\u00e4n valkosipuli, riisi, suola ja makea chilikastike.
