Vanha irtopohjavuokani alkaa olla siin\u00e4 kunnossa, ett\u00e4 siihen tarttuu kaikki kiinni, mik\u00e4li k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 on hyv\u00e4ss\u00e4 kunnossa oleva vuoka, riitt\u00e4\u00e4 pieni \u00f6ljy\u00e4minen.<\/p>\n<p>Medium kokoiset vehn\u00e4tortillat ovat t\u00e4h\u00e4n k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n kuin luotuja, sill\u00e4 niiden halkaisija on tasan 20 cm. Nelj\u00e4lle vehn\u00e4tortillalle levitet\u00e4\u00e4n mangon makuista tuorejuustoa, mik\u00e4 tuo kokonaisuuteen sopivaa makeutta, mit\u00e4 tulee tietysti my\u00f6s maissistakin. T\u00e4yte jaetaan kolmeen osaan ja sit\u00e4 laitetaan kerroksittain tuorejuustolla voideltujen tortillojen p\u00e4\u00e4lle.
