Sis\u00e4ll\u00e4 olevaan muhennokseen on k\u00e4ytetty uuden sadon sipuleita, joissa maku sopivan mieto, eik\u00e4 n\u00e4in peit\u00e4 kantarellin ominaismakua. Mausteiksi sopivat parhaiten tuore timjami ja valkopippuri. P\u00e4\u00e4lle kun heitt\u00e4\u00e4 viel\u00e4 kourallisen juustoraastetta ja sen ruskistaa kauniiksi uunissa on t\u00e4ydellinen munakasrulla valmis.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4m\u00e4n ohjeen kantarellimuhennosta voi sy\u00f6d\u00e4 my\u00f6s sellaisenaan, se sopii vaikkapa pihvin kylkeen tai leiv\u00e4lle.
