Tehd\u00e4\u00e4n vaan taikina sekoittamalla hiiva k\u00e4denl\u00e4mp\u00f6iseen veteen &nbsp;ja lis\u00e4t\u00e4\u00e4n sokeri, vaalea balsamietikka ja \u00f6ljy. Lopuksi mukaan laitetaan jauhot ja sekoitetaan hyvin. Taikinan annetaan kohota puoli tuntia ja sen j\u00e4lkeen siit\u00e4 puristellaan ilmat pihalle. Kaulitse taikina ohueksi levyksi k\u00e4ytt\u00e4en apuna jauhoja. Valmiista taikinasta leikataan veitsell\u00e4 tikkuja, jotka asetellaan leivinpaperin p\u00e4\u00e4lle ja joiden annetaan siin\u00e4 kohota hetki. Sitten uuni vaan p\u00e4\u00e4lle 200:aan asteeseen kuumenemaan. Voitele tikut vaalealla balsamietikalla ja ripottele p\u00e4\u00e4lle suolaa.
