Silti kyseess\u00e4 on sellainen ruoka, mit\u00e4 varmaan hirve\u00e4n monet eiv\u00e4t ole edes kokeilleet. T\u00e4t\u00e4 blogia kirjoittaessa kuuluin itse viel\u00e4 t\u00e4h\u00e4n ryhm\u00e4\u00e4n, mutta nyt on tullut t\u00e4m\u00e4 asia korjattua ja hyv\u00e4 niin.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Isoiso\u00e4idin kirjan mukaan jos l\u00e4hdet\u00e4\u00e4n kalakukkoa tekem\u00e4\u00e4n, niin t\u00e4ss\u00e4 vaiheessa pit\u00e4isi l\u00e4hte\u00e4 kalaan. Siihen ei nyt kuitenkaan ole aikaa, joten kalan perkaaminen ja ruotiminen ynn\u00e4 muut sellaiset operaatiot j\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4t nyt v\u00e4liin. Kumpikaan l\u00e4hikauppa ei ollut erityisen auttavainen t\u00e4ll\u00e4 kertaa, sill\u00e4 ahven oli loppu molemmista. Suunnitelmat meniv\u00e4t j\u00e4lleen uusiksi ja kalavalinnaksi tuli lopulta t\u00e4ysin uusi tuttavuus nimelt\u00e4\u00e4n pangasius eli haimonni. No kokeillaan. Lis\u00e4ksi tarvitaan suurinpiirtein saman verran rasvaista sianlihaa (ne pekonia vahvemmat) ja teelusikallinen riisinjyvi\u00e4. Lis\u00e4\u00e4 \u00f6ljy, kun jauhot ja vesi ovat jo hyvin sekoittuneet taikinaksi. Taputtele tai kaulitse taikinapallo jauhojen avulla noin sentin paksuiseksi levyksi. Reunoilta taikinalevyn tulee olla viel\u00e4kin ohuempi. Taikina saa mielell\u00e4\u00e4n olla aika py\u00f6re\u00e4hk\u00f6. Ripottele pari teelusikallista riisi\u00e4 taikinan pohjalle ennen kalojen asettelua. Ripottele suolaa joka kerroksen v\u00e4liin. K\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00e4 taikinakuori lihojen ja kalojen p\u00e4\u00e4lle ja poista ylim\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4iset taikinasuikaleet. &#8220;Muuraa&#8221; saumakohdat umpinaiseksi veden ja veitsen avulla. On oltava eritt\u00e4in huolellinen, ettei miss\u00e4\u00e4n ole reiki\u00e4, sill\u00e4 silloin sis\u00e4lt\u00f6 kyll\u00e4 kuivahtaa t\u00e4ysin uunissa. Ylim\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4isi\u00e4 paloja kannattaa k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 taikinakuoren tilkitsemiseen ja tasoittamiseen. T\u00e4m\u00e4n j\u00e4lkeen kukko otetaan uunista ja l\u00e4mp\u00f6tila lasketaan 150:een asteeseen. K\u00e4\u00e4ri kalakukko folioon ja laita takaisin 150-asteiseen uuniin hautumaan viideksi tunniksi. Jotenkin tuo kala siin\u00e4 taas v\u00e4h\u00e4n j\u00e4nnitti, koska en tosiaan ole kalan yst\u00e4v\u00e4 noin yleens\u00e4. Mutta kalakukon kokonaisuus vaan toimii tosi hyvin.
