Kev\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4 taisi muutamassa blogissakin n\u00e4ky\u00e4 l\u00e4mpimi\u00e4 avokado reseptej\u00e4. Itsekkin piti kokeilla avokadojen paistamista uunissa, mutta arjen kiireiden keskell\u00e4 unohtui. Avokadojen grillaus onnistui todella helposti. Avokadojen lis\u00e4ksi grilliin p\u00e4\u00e4tyi my\u00f6s limen puolikkaita. Limen (tai sitruunan) grillausta suosittelen ehdottomasti kokeilemaan, grillaus mm. makeuttaa limen mehua. Grillattun limen mehua puristin grillattujen avocadojen pinnalle.<\/p>\n<p>Grillattujen avokadojen lisukkeena tarjosin kirsikkatomaateista tehty\u00e4 salsaa. Annokset viimeisteltiin murustetulla fetalla. Yll\u00e4tykseksemme lopputulos oli todella herkullinen, jopa mieheni oli haltioissaan vaikkei yleens\u00e4 edes pid\u00e4 avokadosta. Rohkeasti siis kokeilemaan!<\/p>\n<p>Jos grillatut avokadot tuntuvat liian erikoisilta kannattaa kokeilla ainakin kirsikkatomaattisalsaa. Ihastuimme kirsikkatomaattisalsaan ja sit\u00e4 onkin tullut tehty\u00e4 jo kahteen kertaan.
