T\u00e4ll\u00e4 kertaa k\u00e4ytin kesto chorizoa tuoreen sijaan ja se sopikin pataan broilerin kera erinomaisesti. Chorizo toi pataan rutkasti makua. Mausteinen pata tarjoiltiin couscousin kera, jonka joukkoon laitoin lehtikaalia. Kauppoihin ilmeistyi viime kuussa suomalaista lehtikaalia ruukussa. Ruukkulehtikaali on hieman pehme\u00e4mp\u00e4\u00e4 ja sopii erinomaisesti salaatteihin.
