Hemmottelin h\u00e4nt\u00e4 er\u00e4\u00e4n\u00e4 p\u00e4iv\u00e4n\u00e4 valmistamalla pitk\u00e4st\u00e4 aikaa pastaa ja kastikkeen raaka-aineeksi valikoitui tietysti chorizo. Pastakastikkeeseen tuli chorizon lis\u00e4ksi porkkanaa, varsiselleri\u00e4, punviini\u00e4 ja tomaattimurskaa. Maustamiseen k\u00e4ytin yht\u00e4 suurta suosikkiani eli savustettua paprikajauhetta. Lopputulos oli eritt\u00e4in maukas ja pasta sopi erinomaisesti kylm\u00e4n\u00e4 talvip\u00e4iv\u00e4n\u00e4 nautittavaksi.<\/p>\n<p>Tuorepasta oli ihan kaupasta valmiina ostettua, mutta menetteli. T\u00e4ytyy tunnustaa, ett\u00e4 pastakone on lasten syntym\u00e4n j\u00e4lkeen p\u00f6lyttynyt kaapissa&#8230; Eli ihan liian monta vuotta, mutta toivottavasti taas jonain p\u00e4iv\u00e4n\u00e4 l\u00f6ytyy t\u00e4h\u00e4nkin aikaa.
